Parniseini is a community-based organization dedicated to helping the Jewish community of Monsey with all aspects of parnassah, proudly provided at no cost. Our mission is to support individuals across all career stages—whether highly experienced, mid-career, or those entering the workforce—in finding meaningful, suitable employment that align with their skills and aspirations.
Personalized Guidance, Community-Based Support
We operate through a carefully selected network of trusted volunteers from the larger kehillos in Monsey. These individuals understand their kehila, its families, and its needs, allowing them to provide guidance that is both personal and contextually informed. Job-seekers benefit from direct access to mentors who are attuned to their unique needs, making the process more personal, comfortable, and effective.
Candidate-Employer Matching Done Right
Every candidate undergoes a thorough interview process to assess their qualifications, experience, and career objectives. This allows us to present employers with only one or two carefully selected candidates who we truly believe are the right fit. Our focus is on quality over quantity, saving employers time and ensuring that candidates are matched with positions in which they are most likely to succeed.
Support Throughout the Employment Journey
Our involvement begins the moment someone reaches out—and continues until long after they’re hired.
- Identifying their strengths and suitable industries
- Exploring appropriate employment opportunities
- Preparing for interviews and professional engagements
- Navigating negotiations and addressing challenges as they arise
- Successfully transition into their new position
We assist candidates in:
We maintain contact with both employers and employees to ensure things are running smoothly and to help make adjustments if needed.
Supporting Employers with Responsibility and Care
When an employer reaches out about hiring, we take the time to understand the full picture. If the request involves potentially letting go of an existing employee, our first priority is to explore whether the situation can be improved. We work with the employer—and when appropriate, with the employee—as a neutral intermediary to address challenges, improve communication, and help the current employee succeed whenever possible. Only when it’s clear that improvement isn’t feasible do we proceed with finding a replacement. Our goal is always to strengthen workplaces, support stability, and help both employers and employees thrive.
Joint Community Initiative
Parniseini is a dedicated initiative of Kupath Ezrah and the Community Outreach Center. These two organizations partnered together to create and develop this division, recognizing the growing need for structured parnassah support within Monsey’s Jewish community. Their joint commitment to helping families prosper is what drives and sustains this project.
